Read the title.

Anyway, I don't think that the Negh'Var would stand a chance against 5 Sabers. Reason: Torps are everything to the Negh'Var. No torpedoes hitting could mean that the Negh'Var is dead meat.

well the klingons wouldnt land a single hit
Sabers got long range and are damn fast, the Negh'var got short range and is quite slow

I was just playing as the Klingons to day, and I was really surprised how easy Neghs are to spam.

i've tested it a minute ago. 5 risner's sovs vs 5 martok's negh'vars (both without specials). 1 of my sovs losts shilds and thats it. 5-0 for the sovs. "

EDIT: i just did 5 sovs vs 20 negh'vars. 20-1 for the sovs and it's because i'm not a good player. it should be 20-0. this means that the negh'var is too weak and needs a boost. we need a new thread with 20 pages about this asap. (sorry for the sarcasm, but it fits here so well  )

Yes, if your enemy is that stupid I can even win with a Inteprid against that fleet. However, if you enemy has more brain than a ant, he will moop the floor with your ships.

actually u can't win with itrepids as they have short range u cut out my "it's the micromanagement, stupid" from ur quote . that's like the most important part. i was thinking long & hard to write something like this

while klingon ships r cheap & have high off values, klingon economy is the most expensive, so is klingon defense. basicly klingons suffer from harassment the most.

If the Enemy AI is en-route to your base they won't fight back.  Just noticed the same thing^^^

I don't give my fleet a target till it gets to where it needs to be. I mean, honestly, let it get destroyed en route?!!!! Come on!!!

And it will probably, and maybe even one of those paiges would be on topic. 

I still don´t get what such testing is going to prove, since when is a sovie meant to be equal to or better than a neghie.

I recommend some subforum, where all people can play 1 on 1 with whatever sip classes they want and leave the "serious threads alone.
