Sovereign Class - Durability Issues

The special is really much better against buildings then anything... but by the time you get an Intrepid, I'll have 6 K'vorts... soooo..... yeah. These one on one comparisons don't help anybody. And I think the Generix Frigate actually does more damage than the Intrepid with it's dual particles plus disrupters. (Although it might be more expensive, can't remember)

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more expensive in every way, and K'Vorts cost more in supplies then an Intrepid.

yah, I think one on one all the feds ships would fail...so...maybe they should get new weapons, like the siege torpedo.  It doesn't seem very intrepid to me. IMO

Okay well basically, i saw that you mentioned somthing about making akira a bit "deeper" and somthing about big torpedo launcher ship, and adding a ship to the antares yard, well i like all of those ideas, and just a short and quick suggestion, i think the miranda 2 would be a nice addition to antares yard, as long as it wasnt toned down, it represents starfleets defense, and if it wasnt toned down, itd be a great addition, so maybye with an extra chasis, and requirment for the eraudi yard to be built, and special weapon cost, it could be a great adition

then for mixed thech ,it could be an upgraded verison


if you guys dont want to move miranda 2, i understand, i disagree, as i like that ship very much, so then my suggestion is

some of the designs on that page Star Trek Armada II: Fleet Operations - Monsoon replacement model?

ths uss voyager is a paticular favorite, and a good design in my opinion, good for a class between intrepid and akira

I really like the meranda also.  And also I think that all the races need more mixed tech ships.  so I guess what I'm saying is, Ditto, Amen, I agree

Well the Miranda-II will stay a mixed-tech only unit, but I think we got a nive and well known vessel to fill up the ranks of Antares-Yard-Vessels. More to come as soon as the Federation Redo starts

Yeah, but it would have to be a heavy destroyer, seeing that it's a science ship, and that it's less powerful then an Intrepid.

See my point?

A small destroyer would fit well into the first Shipyard.

Thee Nova isn't a half bad looking ship. It would be good in the game, however it might look to much like the Canaveral because they are both too small.

The same could be said about the B'rel and K'vort. The only difference is the wing position.

However with the Klingon ships that was done in cannon, otherwise I doubt it would have made it to fleet ops.

As for the Excel.   I liked it better with only the II, but when you play, the two look enough different that it doesn't matter.  It all really depends on how they do the textures.

You would be able to tell the nova from the canvaral because the nova is tiny. It is suppose to be about the same length as a Saber. Also if the nova is made could the Rhode island make an appearance as a mixed tech ship (Borg Maybe)
