How could it? Dropped into the centre of a city with a blast radius like it has? No one could miss that, even intentionally... but Nukes aren't exactly commonly used by regular soldiers...

Anyway, no need to try and force racial identity on something that doesn't have one. Starfleet could only be American if it was human, and it isn't even that! Earth has been a united planet with no nation boundries long before the Federation was founded.

Navyguy: If you see this, I have another post on the page before it. About 3 from the end of the page.

Exactly my point but besides that ill take a squad of marines over any other group of soldiers, unless that squad has Capt. Price (im telling you that guy has nine lives and then some, look at how many call of dutys he has been in)

navyguy wrote:Star Treak is based off of the United States Navy look at the ranks, look at the names of the ships. Starfleet is to what the Navy was to the water. StarFleet is Americian. C.V.N-65 U.S.S. ENTERPRISE you cant get any more Americian than that. Hum YORKTOWN, SARATOGA, LEXINGTON, CONCORD, hum thought they were Americian. How am i an Americian supremist ?. Again Star Treak is based off of the navy, many Star Treak ships are named after Navy ships, and not to be forgotten, the one ship name that started it all ENTERPRISE. We know its based off the Navy, the same Navy wich saved many Allied countries in both World War 2 and 1 , dont forget that!. One thing is for sure we can do with out the U.N.

.... Your an idiot, take some history classes and shut up.

Wow, this thread has gone where few threads have gone before. :P  Star Trek pulls from a lot of traditions, so no one can claim exclusive rights to it, except for me.  You see, the best captain in starfleet history came from Iowa, and that's where I come from....SO SUCK IT DOWN! :woot:
