In the changelog section of the 3.2.2 installer it says at the bottom something about finding the full chancelog in the readme.

In the guide, description of the bottom most adaptor:

1 EM Module: EM Field: Generates a field of fluctuations around this craft, rendering targets for assimilation visible, even while they are cloaked. The Scout Cube must be in combat to emit the field. Up to 5 units are made visible (for 6 seconds) every 5 seconds, with a failure rate of 10%.
