I know I mentioned it a few pages back, but it doesn't seem like it was noted down.  :whistling:

no problem at all, i remember this bug from ages ago, shouldnt something long term like this be in the guide map making section?

I don't really put that many long term bugs on the guide unless they have severe gameplay implications  . Our internal tracker has a few dozen ancient bugs that vary in severity, and I think it would be difficult to choose which ones should be openly listed and which ones not  :sweatdrop:

I found another not listed Bug.
The Dominion Breen Battleship (the Real one, not the Prototype) have the same Hotkey like the Transporter Beam "T".

arent there several hotkeys that are confused like that? not sure whether to put it as a bug.

We will be changing the hotkeys either way for the next patch, so doesn't really matter  :sweatdrop:

just to clarify, the hotkeys change in 3.3.0 right? not 3.2.6 which came out a while after your post.

Yup, that's correct :) 326 doesn't affect any game effects other than modding stuff essentially.

Regarding the bug mentioned of "Under some conditions, a player's constructor may start constructing a station at an altitude other than 0" I think I know at least one source of this.  If you change to the 3d(tactical?  forget what its called) view and rotate around at angles (cant remember if particular to center mouse or right) and then go to normal view and build this can happen.  If I get time will try to recreate and send in more info on it as I do recall being able to deliberately do this.

a question, on my computer the add/remove programs entry for fleetops still calls it by it's unpatched full install number 3.2.3, does this happen for other people?
posted on January 12th, 2012, 5:00 pm
yes, it does.

if this is normal behaviour for fleetops then perhaps a note could be made in the guide about it, as it's something people could think is a bug.

If you like i have a savegame.

I have this problem in my own Non-FO based mod, but only with the Defiant class.  Would it help to have a save for comparison ?

the 'stuck in repair yard issue' has been fixed in the next major FO release
