Well, using the A2 classic mod I cannot cause a crash during a mission - only with MMM. I cannot launch the mod without selecting at least one computer opponent.

Interesting.

Btw. The platform upgrade sensor bug has been fixed, too

The mission video&sound bugs have been also adressed (crash after video, too loud sound)

I noticed the other day when making missions again that the map editor spawns shields on ships with no shields at all still. I'm not sure if it was claimed to have been fixed but it's still doing it.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Also, when you edit the ship max shields, crew, etc. it just resets to different numbers every time you reload the map.

is that the bug where sensor platforms get increased sensors before finishing upgrade? i thought dom already marked that as fixed over a month ago.

or is it the footprint remaining bug?

I still get crashes every time I try to extract a odf file from the FPQEdit program. I either have to go back to an older version or open it up from the program and go into my temp folders to get the odf file which is a real pain.

I would like to see this fixed, however I'd be equally happy to have the odf files separate in a zip of another folder for modding purposes.

While I'm at it I would also like to see a txt file in each patch letting us know of any odf changes (including any new commands and what they do so we don't have to search the guide for a couple of commands) so us modders can easily update our own work.

Thanks guys!

i just extracted an odf from odf.fpq with no crash. i right clicked the odf then clicked extract to.

i then extracted every odf in odf.fpq and still no crash.

EDIT: i zipped up my stock odfs for you here: Star Trek Armada II: Fleet Operations - 3.2.5 Stock ODFs Archive

I unfortunately had nothing but problems with the odf archive and program since it's introduction. Crash after crash. It doesn't matter if I extract one odf or the lot. It has really slowed down my odf modding and I have focused mainly on modelling and texturing work.

Thanks for the file, it's a big help.  :D

I have created a section on the ODF Commands page to keep track of upcoming commands a few weeks ago - I can do so in relation to new commands that make it in future versions as well in this case

Hehe, a bit of repetition never hurt anybody  ^-^ Either way, all the 'fixable' bugs will be fixed for the next patch eventually, and we'll check them over before release to be sure :)

While in map editor mode, even with a clean install of FO 3.2.5, the mouse may be very resistant to movement and placing units may randomly cause crashes.  The directory that the map is stored in appears to be irrelevant.  This issue has been reported on Windows 7 (64-bit) and Windows XP (32-bit).

Thanks Dom, well I guess we can forget that request now. This is exactly what I was looking for so us modders didn't have to pour through pages of commands to try and discover what new and what isn't.

methinks me has found a bug.

The Breen Battleship has no icon for its special ability.
Noticed that while being attacked by those. Also noticed Negh'var-rush is an awesome counter for Breen-Battleship-rush :D
