GUNS!

My point with the 9/11 picture was that terrorists did not use guns in that attack.

ewm90 said that a terrorist could do as much damage with a shooting spree as they could with a bomb. Well... they couldnt take down the twin towers with an assult rifle could they?

i would like to use an old saying never out law somthing usefull then only the outlaws have it so if you out law a weapon only outlaws will have it...

as i have sed over and over agin yes thare are meny whay to kill uther than guns. but guns make killing easy and incress the merder and thay serve no nesaresy use uther than toys and clectibals wich we can easy do with out

alright ewm say you americans ban guns from being sold and all that, do u think gangland killings will drop? will gangstas stop killing? will ANYBODY who wants to kill stop killing?! no u stupid f uck! they will simply use a different tool! marginally yes, the amount of murders may drop in time but that will only be the few gun related murders, guns will be available on the black market etc ur better off controlling the sale of guns as that way anyone thinking of murdering with a gun will know tht he can be traced via the sale of the gun so therefore that person will use a kitchen knife instead! der!

stoping guns will not stop killing of cores not but it will gratly resduse it. as the asolt wepond band showed and we can see that contrys with server gun limets or bands have very very very low merder rates compered to an = size part of america.

pepal are much less likey to kill if thay dont have a accese to a gun.

i'm not saying anything else on this topic. EWM keeps saying the same thing over and over to answer everything. and yet he doesn't explain why. EWM, why would gun violence drop by outlawing guns. i can't see how you could even argue that. Did prohibition work? No, it made things worse, much, much worse.

meny comints that pepal post here are just difrant frasded post that have all ready hav ben posted. so the same annser apliys.

this thread is not about enertament and i am not posting to enertane pepal i am posting to triy to get a pont across and i will do so in the best maner i can if that meens giving thae same ansser over agin thats what i will do.


if the same annser is the best annser why should i not post it agin?

Because it is not the answer!!!!

Your answer would only keep the law abiding citizens from having guns.

The people that should not have guns now would still get a hold of them.

Your solution may prevent the accidental deaths form firearms, but not the premeditated ones. Those are the ones that are more important. Not to say that saving a few lives isnt worth it, but the hassle of making guns illegal or extremely hard to get would not justify the small amount of lives that it might save. There is no guarantee.

What happens if you ban guns from America?

1) Much rejoicing in the streets. People think they're safe.

2) Criminals buy guns from overseas. They've already comitted a crime by having them, so they might as well use them.

3) The public's thoughts on safety are shattered by a string of murders- using GUNS.

4) The goverment tries desperately to get the governments in the countries were the criminals are getting their guns to ban guns also- and fails, because many of those are Islamic fundamentalist countries, and are happy with recent events. Some have started porposefully smuggling guns into the US just to create more chaos.

So what do we have? A bunch of loonies with guns -possibly more than we had when they were legal-, a hamstringed government, a paniced populace, and are enemies laughing at us.

THAT is why we shouldn't ban guns.

(btw, my this is my 1000th post!)
