i agree about the cadets thingy... but there was no information to go one way or the other, so u have to accept it as part of the story. the missiles were a bit strange.... mining freighter that is suddenly wrapped up in a cataclysm is equipped with borg tech? 3. maybe as cadets they're still confus...

st 2009 was superb. but one point im not sure of - uhura asking for a cardassian sunrise....did the feds have contact with the Cardassians in Kirk's century?

fantastic movie. loved every minute of it. one point of concern is a romulan mining ship that is in of itself so powerful. rather queer there... i would have preferred a simple norexan or maybe D'deridex or maybe Tavara :D according to memory-alpha apocrypha it is retrofitted with borg tech. from t...

yup nemesis had good graphics.
However for some reason i find the norexan to be rahter too klingony.
the D'Dreidex has a better shape for sure.very sleek.
but yeah the script of nemesis was horrid. that was the cause of the movie's failure. :wheelchair:

I still prefer what we have in FO.
our version looks more like the Miranda, with a bit of a futuristic hull showing its advanced technology.
This one looks like a Miranda-Nebula hybrid,, with a bit of Enterprise NX/Voyager.

well the progenitors seeded the galaxy. Sargon's people claim to have seeded vulcan and earth etc. i dont see a major contradiction there. Sargon's ppl would have been seeded by the progenitors, and then they seeded earth. the puzzle provided a rather convoluted pattern that didnt actually specify e...

I dont know if this is the correct section to place this, but I was watching DS9 episodes on Youtube, and found that the Dominion ships are duller and more purple in canon. Also, the engine and weapon glows are purplish. however, in FO, the ships have a more pinkish appearance. also the angle of the...

It's great if you take 4 assimilators up front and spam them. This is with 2 Assimilator Beams and Nanite Factory of course, since with the beams you have to go all the way or not at all. Then take your remaining Assimilators and start sucking the remaining crew dry. Since Nanite Factory reduces...

im not into continuing this discussion. It seems to be delving into more of an abstract argument with more hypothetical premises than concrete ones. However, for the record the Kbeaq is not a K'tinga. It is a more augmented design, with thicker armour. In effect it is a form of ktinga 2. Surely we c...

maybe it was oversight. they kinda showed how preoccupied they were being kidnapped and running and all. maybe that was the intended effect. i find the main problem with nemesis to be the direction. If a director like Spielberg were involved, the overall outcome would be much differnt - even with th...
