Also Dom, maybe you should consider removing refernces in the guide to things that you have said are bugs/exploits earlier on, especially the caneveral.

Believe it or not I've been debating that for the past few weeks as we are nearing the approach of the patch... on the one hand I know I should since the strategies thus remain accurate, and on the other... I invent excuses not too... I think I will remove them though now  B)

Urgh, their really is just so much to rewrite... :( . I think I will instead start writing the unit analyses, as I'd rather that as soon as I correct the errors for the unbalanced abilities that they did not immediately have to be reinstalled or rewritten  :sweatdrop: . I hope that is not too much of an inconvenience. :(

Who knows, maybe there might be a hidden feature in the next patch where there is a guide made by the devs. Then he might just sit back and be drinking B33R.  :rofl:

when i was looking at warp in chances for another thread i noticed something, it says on all the standard warp in descriptions that at rank 5 (double gold bar/2nd officer rank) they no longer count to the warp in cap, i thought this happens at rank 4 when they get their first gold bar they stop counting to the cap.

What on Earth are you talking about? The guide clearly shows that it occurs on rank 4  :whistling:

just as a comment, for most vessels you give the rank 5 upgrade, which is usually double the rank 4 upgrade, it would only take one more line to add the rank 4 upgrade as well, to make it clear that the ship receives an upgrade then. small issue though.  :thumbsup:

EDIT: on the defiant description it says that the defiant gains its quantums at rank 5, i believe it gains them at rank 4, but they fire faster at rank 5.

Yeah, what you just mentioned is all going to be added with the next version of the guide which will have stats and abilities for each level :). I won't change it now because it is just too much extra writing which doesn't add anything but confuses at a quick glance I think until the database is set up in the planned manner I think  :sweatdrop:

:lol: I can't wait to write it, well, mostly anyway :D . I corrected the Defiant quantums :)

There are a lot of features planned and in progress for the new guide - hopefully you'll see them soon enough  :sweatdrop:
