EDIT:  On Closer inspection I noticed that you actually don't make any distinction for any passives on whether they reduce damage taken or increase damage given.  As I'm sure you're aware there IS a different and so to see:

Tactical Weapons Arrays:  Strong vs. Long, Weak vs. Short.

It can be misleading as it doesn't specify whether "Strong" means deals more or takes less.  This is especially true with defensive passives like Autonomous Defense AI.  I think that some of your subsequent descriptions of what not to use that vessel against follow this logic and may not actually be correct.

Nice job on the Analysis btw!

Hey Dom on the Monsoon's Passive description you say that "High Density Field Generators" are strong against Long range but weak against Short".  It doesn't specificy whether that means it will take LESS from Long / MORE from Short - OR - whether that means it will Deal MORE to Long / Take MORE from Short.

Doesn't specify whether it's dealing with damages coming in or going out :).

The way it is described right now it sounds exactly like Tactical Weapon Arrays.

NoScript shouldn't be needed, I use noscript too and have no problems. I have noticed that FF's smooth scrolling feature causes some lagging on old computers with some sites, but I haven't noticed any lag. Neither in linux nor in windows.

downloadhelper,
fast dial
FEBE
flagfox
ie tab
image zoom
noscript
tab mix plus
xmarks

maybe image zoom is causing trouble. i allowed all scripts on the page in noscript (if there was any)

I use no addons as far as I know  :sweatdrop:

Yup, I did that on purpose really, for all passive descriptions. Specifying whether it takes less or does more matters little when you are determining what unit to use for the situation, especially because the more wordiness I use in that one liner statement, the harder it is for people to realize what to use a unit for and against. Brevity is the soul of wit. In the analysis themselves, I combined knowledge of pulses + the attacking ship's passives and size and armament + the defending ship's passives and size and armament to the best of my knowledge. If you have any specific things you don't agree with, let me know and I'll correct them.

dom, tut tut, firefox is at its peak when used with addons that u like, theres so many to choose from.

if you just want simplicity then chrome would suit u as its a simple browser.

Hehe, well, all I have on my browser are links to my most used sites ... for some reason Fleet Ops comes after my mail... hmm... maybe I should change that  :P . I'm a minimalist when it comes to browsers, but I like Firefox and I've "customized it" the way I wanted to, so I think I'll stay with it  :D

Feature request for the guide:

I would like the following information on units:

Dilithium per build second
Tritanium per build second
Offensive power per build second
Defensive power per build second (just to be complete)

Offensive power per dilithium
Offensive power per tritanium

Perhaps put these on an advanced view.

(oh - and a dilithium and tritanium per second per each race)

(I prefer 'per second', though not completely against per minute)

The rhienn refits include the total price of the ship, but the supply cost is only the refit itself.  It just needs to add the supply cost from the stock vessel.

Thank you both, and both corrected (I hope :D )

As for Yandon's feature request: I'm sure something like that can be implemented (at a later date - right now prepping for the structure and mixed tech overviews as well as more strategy) :) . May I ask how those would be useful to you though? Offensive power per dilithium/tritanium can sometimes be useful for determining "efficiency" of some Borg chassis, or for cost differentials between avatars... but for other comparisons it is usually useless (for me) unless combined with all sorts of other statistics... which are the official FO formulae used to calculate cost, build time, and stats in the first place  :D .

Added in "chassis" section with the base cost of module plus uplink, and possible modules, as well as the bonuses each module gives :)
