edit: no thanks myles. Got 2 tortoises and once they are grown they will have some conflicts with the cat, which wont go well for the cat (happened to one guy in germany already)

I have 4 cats.  For some reason people think this makes me a cat lover.  If you have 4 cats you soon learn to become a cat hater.  If you have ever wandered into the kitchen at night to get a glass of water only to discover ninja cat has been waiting for this very move and attacks your leg in the dark, then you will understand what i mean.

thats why i take a glass of water up to bed with me

well actually thats not why i take the water, i use it in the morning to quench my thirst. but if i did venture downstairs at night i would risk my legs. thats why i gave my cat a high vis collar with a bell. i always know he's coming then
