Oh.... I guess I like it now...

Class:
Unknown. Custom class by it's privateer ship builder "Phoenix"
Name:
"Phoenix"
Registry:
Unknown
Crew:
42 minimum, 74 Optimal, 122 Maximum.
Power systems:
*Unknown power core*
Engines:
Custom built Quantum Slipstream drive; designed by yours truly and compatible only with Phoenix.
Stutter Warp macro transporters; Sub light transporter designed to instantaneously dematerialise and the rematerialise the entire ship across an nearly infinitely short distance at a nearly infinite frequency, offering comparative sub light speeds with zero inertia effects through cornering (allowing much higher maneuverability, compared to similar ships)
Weapons:
4x Tetrion based disruptor cannons; fore facing, with safe overcharging to 170% and destructive over charging to 250% of maximum.
2x reconfigurable torpedo launchers; 1 fore, 1 aft (standard compliments of Photon Torpedo's with Tri-Cobalt devices in reserve)
1x Fore Hellbore Shield Disipator (a cannon which hits the enemy shield grid an drains it across all arcs)
Stealth Technology; Stealth Runners, Low band triaxilating sensors, Stealth Runners are attached to all torpedo's to cloak their approach.
Sensors;
Sub-Quantum Uniaxally Saturating Harmonic (SQUASH) Scanners... Custom scanners whose exact capability is unknown to most races but rumoured to be able to detect and identify ships across hundreds of light years with the capability of analysing ships at a sub-quantum level as far as 10-15ly.
Transporter Technology:
Supermassive transport and buffering technology (allowing Phoenix to buffer hundreds of people and entire settlements at the same time). this tech is tied into the Stutter Warp drive and for this reason it is unsuitable for transport and evacuation missions due to the loss of Stutter Warp at sub-light speeds.

Why yes, yes it is - it looks like an armored Sovereign in my honest opinion

Hmm if its infinitely small then it really wouldnt move at all. you may want to change that otherwise your ship cant move at sublight

Yes but it can get nowhere 'instantaneously'!

Actually it's a Liir technology used for sublight propulsion from another game. Although the distance is really small, the transporter is designed to have an incredibly fast response time to make up for it, so it engages a full transport cycle in an unfathomably small amount of time. To move a long distance, the transporter is simply activated many times over. The result is at sub light, the ship is almost in a state of transient flux between solid matter and a pure transporter matter stream and the result is that inertia is practically eliminated, allowing the ship to make nearly instantaneous turns.
Tis from Sword of the Stars
. The Liir were my favourite race, purely because of the effectiveness of their engines. If I remember rightly, the main disadvantage is that Gravity Wells have a detrimental effect on how effectively the engine can dampen the ships inertia. The closer to a major gravity source you are (planet, star etc), the less effective the engine becomes but in open space, it rules!

So what happens when spatial distortions disrupt the matter stream? Does your ship re-materialize missing the engineering section?
Not to be a jerk but I am just pondering.

Ik what you are trying to say but im just saying that really really super duper small movement is not that same as near infinite. You cant ever be close to infinite, something is either infinite or its not. Do you see what im saying.

Actually, stutter warp makes a lot of sense. Here's the problem - how do you rematerialize your ship when you just dematerialized the transporter? LOL!

It can do all these thing because it's "magic"

wait a seconds if its magic then my ship can be magic too and ill make yours disappear.

In that case, MY ship is crewed by all Q, powered by Q, and made of Q...
>_>
What?
>_>
What?

If you are Q, then you could make YOU become the ship! A ship called Q.
You could even take on a crew, although I'm not sure I'd want some pesky humanoid wandering around in my head

The Q have no need to be a ship, it wouldn't amuse them.
