If Star Trek was real and you could have your own Starship to command, what Class would it be and what name/registry would you choose?

Where is the Ambassador Class  >:(

I think I would Upgrade it with 3 galaxystile forward torplouncher und 2 aft. That would make 9 photons while opening the fight. Or more if there are multitorps (like a shootgun, some mikrotorps in one normal torp)
New phaserarrays, maybe some more. And a new shield. It would work like the vet Shield.
I think the ship could win some heavy fights.
