1. Really? That scene IS in the show. Go stream some of the last handful of Season 7 DS9 episodes if you want to see it intact. (I forget which in the 10 episode arc its in.)

2. Just because Dominion Intel knows what their planet's climate is, it doesn't mean they'd have to know why they wear suits, their favourite foods, what they look like, Thot's favourite colour, etc. Intel isn't a all or nothing game.

3. Just because Vorta are experts in lying doesn't mean they always do. He has no reason to lie about something that doesn't matter on a topic that he brought up himself.

Vorta aren't just expert liers, it's their nature to be deceitful. They were programmed specifically to doublespeak to keep others off-guard. They don't need a reason any more than a Jem'Hadar needs a reason to fight.

Looking at that scene again I wonder if Weyoun was just screwing with Damar. At that point I think Weyoun was beginning to get suspicious of Damar's behavior and decided to play some sort of mind game with him. All in all I still dont think that that one scene can be taken as 100% fact. Maybe it is true, but untill something more concrete is shown im still inclined to believe all the previous implications (of which there are many) about the planet being a frozen wasteland.

That IS possible... I'm inclined to believe it despite the source though. It would just be very fitting of the Breen.

Besides this isn't the first time Weyoun has been fascinated with uncovering the secrets of the Breen.
