I'm not knocking it... I'm just being a literalist... eventually some better service will come along and replace it. It is just a fact about software, someday a better evolved version will push it out of the way. I myself basically just wait for the day when there is a better service i can use.

Well, the reason is because the Wippien may probably be replaced by some other network service within a year or two. Plus once the devs actually look into editing the net code (not anytime soon... but probable befor v 5.5), then we might not need it anymore because of a major lag reduction. They say they won't do it... but one of my many mottos is "Everything will become a priority someday, wether tomorrow or a century from now..."

Actually, the reason it hasn't been stickied is because nobody asked yet

Yeah...it's kind of absurd to not bother yourself to set something up in 15 minutes based on the belief that something will come along "years later". Hahaa years later a lot of us will be playing SC2 instead!

That's like saying...Nah I'm just never going to bother getting a PC because there'll just be a better one soon...

In terms of what? Security? I still have my problems with that for ANY sort of VPN. As I don't understand it, I don't know what to do to protect my system and so I don't trust it and feel very uncomfort by adding people I don't know and give them the chance to hack my system.

Did you follow the instructions in the guide Jan? That provides somewhat more protection, although it is only as secure as the others you play with are (in other words, if they are spiteful, they could gain access to your computer if they were good hackers... on a cursory note they cannot).

Hehe, I don't know--maybe source code... even though the initials are reversed...? However, you'll get a quicker answer if you PM Tom

Since I've been adding names manually since we started this... I haven't actually touched the program, so I'm afraid I can't be of any help

yep, 'program.cs' is the source code. just in case U wouldnt trust me . 'cs' stands for C Sharp not source code
