I hope you were joking ;)

Using "bugs, exploits and glitches" IS cheating. I doubt very few people will play with you if you start doing that.

well that makes the best player tho using the right glitch at the right time, every game has them and they usually are tiny but make a small difference. exploiting those on the other hand is lame... and im around to have fun not to abuse and annoy. let's play !

I hate using glitches to beat people at games. Especially since not everyone will know about them or use them.

Yes... in the current patch B-5 Fighters, C-11 Cascade Feedback, Matrix Teleport being used on enemy vessels, A-20 Attack Destroyer's collision (against non Borg), "cloak following bug" are all "banned". There are a few other bugs that the Devs are aware of, but I will not state here because they are too readily abused and hard to notice and therefore protest about.

Probably there should be a sticky "Banned Features" thread, where all these things should be listed.

Hehe, well, those exploits change after every patch  :sweatdrop: . I don't know if it's that necessary to put up a banned features thread because that assumes people will look at that thread, when many of the players don't visit the forums that frequently (or know where to look). All of the important "bugs" are listed in the etiquette portion of the guide, and are posted in various places around the forum as well ... which is the best I can do  :sweatdrop:

Errr... opps!  I didn't know that the cascade feedback on my mixed-tech leahvals would blow up all your ships!  I only thought it was the c-11 that did that! :sweatdrop:

Just a little update... seems we've gotten a message from the people who run the Wippien server and the "dropout" issues are caused by (over 1000) people overtaxing the server. They recommend moving to a different server (either jabber/gmail etc) in order to alleviate the problem. So for those of you who are experiencing issues, it might be best to migrate - the only thing you will lose is the ability to enter the Fleet Operations chatroom... which very few people use anyway  :sweatdrop:

Happy gaming :)
