Dominus said that the coding part of the Borg redo has been finished. Probably a bunch of the classified high priority tasks were coding-related.

I would like to see her system value go up to. On the flip side this game is awsome.
I would happily suport your idea

the chances of this happening are very low. the ambas is already strong now. any boosts and it will be op. if u are getting your ambas kill you need to practice more, they are incredibly hard to kill. i always target them last.

The Romulans have a strong late game BECAUSE of shield recharge. Without it even D'Deridex classes can't cloak before being destroyed. They're almost TWICE as expensive as the other races' battleships. You're thinking mid-game, when the Romulans get warbirds and everyone else is still on cruisers. Romulan late game will be one of the weakest without shield recharge, because their entire strategy depends on their Tavara(s) and keeping them alive.

That's strange because i've very rarely seen people build Tavaras online except when the game is almost over and they have won anyway.

that's just not true. i never use shield recharge, i feel dirty using it as its so easy. romulan warbirds are awesome without shield recharge. killing a big D is difficult. maybe if u use some special like nanites or combat tractor etc but just on its own, its defence is amazing.
ive seen big D take fire from numerous ships, and just cloak, and the hull stays at above 60%

Same here, except replace "Tavaras" with "any warbirds at all." The reason is that the high dilithium costs (1440 I think for Warbird Yard, and the ships cost a lot too) leave little room to get the Warbird yard without delaying ship production. Also, it is easier to tech to Disruptor Rhienns if you already have Rhienns out; Rhienn spam seems to be the most common Rom strat right now.

I've seen quite a few Big D starts lately
. Very effective with a lot of small units holding up support.

do u mean making your first ship a big D? that would take ages. unless u had an ally funding you.

i love this game but the only thing i dislike is the fact that u get a leader but thay are not represented on the battle field i would love it if for instance playing as the klingons u was to get a negvar named martocs command ship and so on and so forth just an idea that i hope will come happen

Welcome to the site.
Avatar flagships are largely agreed to be best for single player campains. In multiplayer, you'd have 3 Martok and 2 Maysons in a single game considering how random selection is often preferred.
When FO is finally finished and work on single player begins, that's when they're most likely to appear.
