but it has quite weak shields, saying that on a scale compared to the other ships i think the shield points are about right. the pulse phasers although damaging fire once in a blue moon
i thought the pulse phasers were supposed to be rapid firing :guns: (see it that way on the show anyway).

yeah, basicly you are right, and the game is already trying to go into the direction , that individual ships become more important, but i guess it will always remain a game in which you will need at least 20 ships if you want to destroy your opponent
what was meant was that to make certain ships worthwhile you would have to build entire fleets composed entirely of that type. so far there is little alternative 

all of the other battle ships have something in common other than firepower.. they are all pretty damn big. :tank: i think the defiant should be a destroyer (credit hogging)
