Ability ideas

I came up with 3 new ideas:
* Umbilical cords (noxter)
  increases hull regneration by 10 percent for each noxter nearby that is of a higher class than this vessel
* Computer Probe (iconian)
  sends a probe at the desired target, infecting it with an adaptive computer program
  random amounts of damage are taken to hull, shields, subsystems, and crew until the ship is repaired through spacedock
* Cometary Impact (ciadan)
  requests out of system vessels to swing a comet in the direction of the targeted station, doing immense damage

I appreciate these. The last one is a little unlikly, but may be with a cooldown of half an hour.

Romulan ability - Decieve Sensors - While this ability is active, the vessel (or vessels) appears to enemies to be undamaged, no matter how badly damaged it actually is, until it finally explodes.

That one is nice, I like it, and I would like to see the opposite too, have a ship that looks damaged, say with subsystems not working. But I doubt it's possible with the engine.

Pretending to be damaged? That could be good, just like the Pakleds did. All it would need to 'damage' the engines is to setting it to use a physics file with a speed of 0.

And just on a humorous note, another romulan ability (because I don't see anybody else thinking it's an idea worth using)...

Transport Tribbles - Lowers enemy RoF by 10% due to infestations in key locations.  On Klingon vessels, the ship will stop everything for 8 seconds while the crew goes into a revolted vermin-hunting frenzy.

Federation tactic, used by Kirk. Well, either Spock or Scotty.

Yeah, but the crew of NCC-1701 played really dirty.  I'm still wondering if Scotty kept a giant wrench in engineering just so Kirk could hit Klingons with it.

Yeah, Kirk's crew did play dirty. I could imagine Riker and Paris doing the same thing with Tribbles, though.
