It's also possible to spam Phalanx's too, ya know.  Does anyone but me know that?!! Also, a bunch of combo fleets of Remores, Defiants, Phalanxes and Monsoons and Sovs and Descents. theoretically, these cheapo-creepo fleets can take down a couple of Cubes.

who needs honor if you have a dagger...

well but they do have honor of their own, Romulans would never anihilate whole ecosystems. There are some nice books out there who describe the Romlan society, they do just have some quite different values and ideas in their society, built on their hard past.

The borg are probably the most IMBA race in the game. There's absolutely no way you can win against them. I know that in cannon they are supposed to be though but they never attacked in large fleets(except in that crappy series that voyager was in which they were nerfed anyway). I was playing feds, I had like 48 ships firing(all types, battleships, cruisers and destroyers, all with both levels of upgrades on weapons and shields) at a tac cube and they seemed like they were shooting water cannons. They all barely scratched the damn thing. And to make matters worse 4 more cubes came in backed up by an entire fleet of spheres(btw that multi targeting beam is both IMBA and uncannon) assimilators, diamonds(which infect your systems with nanites every 5 seconds), and scout cubes. I think their price for the strongest ships should be increased, as well as the build time.

What does IMBA mean?

Also, a lot of the ship classes in Fleetops are uncanon, as well as most of the special weapons, so if you're gonna comment that the sphere being able to fire at more than one target, surely you should comment on the rest of it too?

I must agree, games are never considered cannon as the ability to balance them and stay cannon will never work.

IMBA is a term usually associated with mmorpgs and means "imbalanced". it implies that a game element is to powerful in one's opinion

could also mean a game element is not powerful enough. also, in qq talk, its never "in one's opinion" they're always right.

I must agree, games are never considered cannon as the ability to balance them and stay cannon will never work.

I'm only complaining about the sphere because the borg are already overpowered. They really didn't need that.

i think the borg sphere is supposed to be part of the borg fleet.. but all the same imo the borg are too stong at the moment.. at least the hard borg AI gives me a hard time the the moment 
Maybe just make the ships a bit weaker in the next release?

Borg are not overpowered. Their ships are stronger then the rest, but are very few and very expensive. Try playing with borg vs feds hard ai and tell me what you think.

No way their ships are too strong, if anything the Cube needs to be more powerful, IMO of course. They are fine as they are.
