A new category on the Fleet Operations board has opened - the Developers Diary. In it, the staff will post about what is currently going on in Fleet Operations development and you can comment it, add your ideas, post your opinions - just whatever you think.

As most of you will have noticed FleetOps.net had a big downtime for the last week. This is related to a crash of our hosts primary and backup harddisk due to some kind of power failure. We are sorry to everyone trying to reach our site, especially to the forum users those reading posts everyday.

The Avatars info page was just updated with detailed descriptions of each Avatar that will be available in the upcoming version of Fleet Operations.

We are nearing completion of our main todos for the upcoming version of Fleet Operations. As you know the dominion is quite far advanced now in development - but as we looked through our list we noticed we have 5 more voice actors for dominion vessels missing.

Ok, we are nearing our final steps towards giving you a release date. Meanwhile we have added a ton new screenshots of version 3.0 featuring our new "High Energy" map. just take a look through the federation and borg section.

For those of you who like to read reviews or even haven't tried Fleet Operations yet (i don't hope you are one of those ) Romulan Commander Tallera has put up a nice illustrated review of our Beta 2 over at Keenspot. After you have read it i am sure you will have a quite good impression about how romulans think about our mod.

We have put together an overview with all avatars that will be available in upcoming Fleet Operations 3.0 for you.

I have added new 3.0 ingame screenshots to the gallery. These include new shots for the Klingons, Romulans and of course the Dominion.
