Legacy isnt even worth pirating.

Enterprise it's self wasn't a bad idea, just poorly implemented however there were some decent episodes and the season 4 mini arc's were written well.

Pretty much yeah.

Yeah but "New Worlds was a close second worse! Crappy missions , that would not let you  explore  areas off the  scripted map. Each  Race was of a  differnent level of  difficulty . Allthough I did like the  cloaked  Romulan tanks  a bit.

You complained about New Worlds, but nothing about its lack of a save function? That would be the first thing I'd bring up.

Have you gotten it to work on anything other than win 95 or 98? I've tried SO many things and never got it to work properly. Mind you, I'm now on win7...so...who knows. Maybe I have to lay it to rest.

Ohhh that, yeah I wasted cash on it too.

It was such a shame, a trek based ground combat RTS could be awsome.

That said to be awsome it'd take a LOT of work (and would turn off all of the action fanbois, as it'd take a LOT of work to not suck)

Have you gotten it to work on anything other than win 95 or 98? I've tried SO many things and never got it to work properly. Mind you, I'm now on win7...so...who knows. Maybe I have to lay it to rest. 

I don't know.  I might have gotten it to work on 7, but it never worked on XP.  thankfully I keep a spare desktop for old games like that and freespace, and descent, and other older ones that will only really work well on 98.

I could try it though.  I got it from someone in some kind of gamefest pack with SFC, SFC2, and some others I don't remember ever getting to work.  Did i mention I got them for free?   I think klingon Academy was there too but i no longer have it.

hm, somehow i managed to avoid some total fails of the startrek games. Only played Armada 1 and 2, Eliteforce 1 and 2 (even though 2 didnt feel like Startrek anymore), Bridge Commander, Botf (which sucked until the modders made it better)and borrowed a few Days Klingon Academy

elite force 2 could have been better, but at least it wasnt legacy level fail. i did think the "assault rifle" should have just been called a shotgun lol. and the "enhanced compression rifle" was really just a machine gun. also everything runs out of ammo so fast lol. the compression rifle alt fire was useful, but left you with no batteries.

EF2 would have been better if you could actually use the regular Compression Rifle! I swear the AI had them at times, just to mock me...

yup, after the first few missions they left you with the "enhanced" one. which seemed a lot less fun. that klingon was always so proud of his new guns, but tbh they were peashooters. that romulan radiation thingy was awesome for killing the last boss with its limited ammo.
