we had bin laden cornerd. but what did we do?
we could have sent in our trained apecial forces....BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...................... we sant in the local warlords instead!
they were armed with scythes and sickles. bin laden had assult rifles and explosives and was facing close range melee weapons. obviously he would get away.

I believe Bush will win by the numbers. If we have to wait a week and a half that will suck but democracy will have been achieved. I will not gloat or anything but simply say we will finish the liberation of Iraq, then come for the French

Oh and about Napoleon, yes he was brutal and all the things u said, but he did stuff we still do today, ex. drive on the right And if u think about it every great commander in history was a tyrant and was brutal, well at least in some way
And I didnt ment to call Bush an asshole, just wanted to say he was plain stupid

And BTW Optec is right, u went in Iraq just to take their oil and not to liberate their people or whatever

A good example about this is the war in Balkans where Serbia tryed to take over Croatia and Bosnia, u know how many people suffered then??? How many died???

So just dont talk how great you are, you doing all this stuff for the rest of the world, that is right in some way, but only as long as it suits you.

And you also did alot of bad to this world, lets just think about Pinochet who American gouverment put on power in Chile(I think) and he slaughtered ALOT of people.

So all this comes to, in my eyes the French or any other Europe country did alot more for the world than you.

hu? I never noticed the nazis were popular for their charity work
but germany wasn't bad in it's complete history just cause of a relatively small group which suddenly gained power and that's the same for the USA (i don't compare anything with the nazis here, before you get me wrong). we really can't discuss that topic objectively cause we don't know all the facts - and we will never know them.. we can only discuss our point of view, mistakes whitch have been made and could be avoided, things which gone wrong or actions which were a success and their consequences.

It looks bad for Kerry, Bush won Nevada and is leading 254 to 242 and ohio is tending to bush

so it looks like Bush is going to make it

Republican headquarters in Washington DC announced their victory. Bush will give it's statement. And it realy looks like Bush will be old/new President, he leads in Ohio and Iowa...

it all comes dawn to how can keep ohio. it cood take 10 days be for we know for sher naw. dits in the corts if the dimactast have the best loyers the dimacats will wen. if the republicand have the best thay will win.
