If you read the news at all, you'd know that a LOT of NYC hasnt even been plowed once yet.

You're kidding right?  They have a ton of snow removal equipment that works pretty much around the clock.  Have you ever lived in a heavy snow fall area?  I used to live right off the border of NY and the news always talked about how bad the roads needed plowed and weren't plowed....but I'd see the plow trucks go down most streets at least twice a day.

Its so funny, living where i live and then seeing on the news places where theres like an inch of snow and they close everything and theres mass chaos.....

Ferrari in NYC is like breast implants on a zombie, may look ok, but is of absolutely no use.

And yet all in the news is complaints about the snails pace at which it is being dealt with. Normaly they get plowed yeah, but it seems this time they're not.

Exactly. No need to lock the wheels even, just use the joint in the middle of it and the bucket to inch it sideways, then roll foward.
