the massive thing in the pic would definitely be too much for a game. but the idea of how its built could be used, visually that is. the central structure that looks like the repair thingy, and a bar that protrudes from it with the yards hanging underneath, not many yards, max of 3 would be kinda like a field yard for klinks. each yard would probably be pretty simple, producing mass production things, like hidekis.

Will this mod have great graphics like Fleet Ops? Are you adding it as an addition to fleet ops or separately?

this mod is just to add 2 new races to the current 5 races so with luck it shud look good like fo (gonna add the engine glows later.

Well a little update for the Cardassians all the buildbuttons, miniimages, systembackgrounds and admrial log images are done for the ships and stations. still need to work on the images for the research and special weapons also engine glows need to be added and then on to the balancing

Not speaking for this mod creator, but every mod takes a while, some can take years to complete. I am sure he is working on it as often as he can and is making progress and I support this efforts and do hope he keeps at it and will one day down the track surprise everyone with a working version of his hard work and labour of love.

yeah, normally, a single race mod can easily take a year to polish out.  In this case, blade is working on a two race mod.  I would give him another year before I started complaining about how long it was taking. :lol:

My own mod has actually been in the works for nerely 2 years, but then again, I didn't have nearly as much to go on as something like the cardassians, for which there are already several full race mods.  Eh, I don't want to make excuses.  I need to get my own mod finished too. :sweatdrop:

lol yh sorry for how log its taken but ive had some other things ive been working on on the side line such as the system value calcs that took me and dom_noc ages to iron out to a reasomble working order, system errors and the fact that there have been a few new fo releases. also as i aint a graphic person i've been learning how to do effects in photoshop and learning how to animate (there have been other things but there the main ones) there have been minor alpha stage releases that ive sent to some people but non that have been ready for general release
