The Rhienn Disruptor Refit and Torpedo Refit costs are a little off in V2.8.  It should be 439-186-26(33) for the Distruptor refit and 465-180-27(34) for the Torpedo refit.

That's odd... my odf's say differently though 
I will check ingame.

Yes: just checked: there is indeed major discrepancy among those refits  >:(

I will correct all of those *sigh*

EDIT: Generix refits had similar problems... fixed those too

Ok... after an extremely loooong wait (and a lot of effort), version 2.9 is now up!

The basic changelog is... Tons of corrections, tweaking, new pictures, and new additions. Added Risner Strategy. Added Optimize Directive strategy. Added Basics to FO and Map Making Guide (thank you Zebh for your efforts!). Added Dominion Strategy (thanks Mal!).

I work at file front and we have been having allot of problems lately with files so I would suggest if you cant get it from ff then get it from this site.

Thanks Gamer: I'm glad that you are able to download it now since you had troubles before with FF, as apparently did other people too (I take it you are using the FO Download Section).
