List of awesome youtube replays

I'm having problems splitting my replay down to Youtube-length clips. Any tips?

Length: 1hr 45mins (estimated)
File size: 537 MB
Video Codec: MS_MPEG4 Format
Audio Codec: MP3 Format

youtube now has limits of 15 mins. so split into 15 minute segments.

u should split it when u change from fraps avi into whatever it is u are using. i recommend wmv, it works for me and yandon.

Lol I hope you are being sarcastic as I completely assimilated my enemies mining and everything with 1-2 assims...

There's no need to bring that up again! Although, I think there was more killing going on with me than assimilation at the end.

Well... I use CamStudio....

Plus it seems whenever I load it into the editor I can't view any frames or edit it to cut the length.

which editor? i use vegas pro.

if u use camstudio's special avi codec u might find it harder to edit with other programs i dunno. i only use fraps.

I finally am getting it online.... it is an 8 part replay. Unfortunately the quality is not that good and no sound was recorded.

nice to see some more replays, here's some pointers:

[x]it seemed to lag a lot, with the gui disappearing and stuff, this might be cos ur computer isnt powerful enough. if u observe and not play it is easier on your comp.
[x]please be observer to make replays, watching a game from one player's point of view is very boring.
[x]replays without commentary are ok, but replays with commentary are far better.
[x]get sound, definitely need sound
[x]cut out the loading screen, only start recording when the game is loaded and nobody is loading.

Hmmm.... that was a quick game.

Was Tchapman actually involved?  Not even a warp-in from him that I saw.

I thought it would be a really cool game when I saw Nebula's quick tech to battle yard and the mixed tech going up - although I did think he is pushing it going for both... and obviously it didn't work out for him.

what was the point of 2 mixed tech yards anyway? i didn't see a single mixed tech ship, it looked like neb didnt have money for alien tech. and no warpins from tcr500 either.

interesting game 

but i have a question.. why mixed tech yard so early? especially when going for early Vor'cha...
or for Federation.. its not worth it

but yeah, left team played terribly.

right team didn't play awesome, but ok.

i think that map was a poor choice too. by the time u get accross the map ur ships have stubble.

feds could have gone for klink mixed tech after chassis 2, that way they get defiants without buying chassis 3. and can make e2/remore from eraudi, and defiant from mixed tech, with odd akira/canaveral from antares. a nice mixed fleet.

yes i get confused about I/Y sometimes 

i guess i remembered Miles O'Brien is with I and that confused me i guess
