Well u missunderstanded me, sure they can swarm your base, thats becuse their ships are cheap and quick to build. But if the ships go 1 on 1 with another ship of a simmilar class, they will most probably loose

No, not usually, one of their basic scouts can take on a Saber or BoP easy...

Thats what I'm saying they have strong and cheap little ships but weak battleships

All their ships are strong, really strong...

but i dont like all the mutation stuff... it costs horrible amount of ressources... and the effect is less the work... just swarm a base wit hundreds of the lil ships and u got the same effect..
sure, the idea wit the nebulas is cool tho... but i dont like them anyway..

I dont agree, check the techtrees if you want, their strongest ship, defiler, costs 355dil and 600tri, has 130 hull points, and does 18 damage every 2sec. And has short range
The strongest klingon, neghvar, costs 850dil, 600tri and 335crew, has 150 shield and 90 hull points, and does 8damage every 2 sec and 20damage every 3sec, and it also has short range.
So u see the defiler is considrably weaker than the neghvar, but costs alot less, so we can conclude that noxter ships are cheap and not very strong, so they must have mass.

Your obviously missing something, HULL REGENERATION, yes the strongest Klingon ship can take the strongest Noxter ship on 1 on 1 but their cheaper and 2 or 3 can take a Negh'var with minimal losses.

and btw @ hyperion, u missed another important point.. u need to mutate a lil cocoon to get another class first and than u can transform into that creature.. so i dont know the costs but i know that its much more expensive than in ur formula... its another point why i dont like them

Thats exacly my point, they have mass and not quality

Surely hull regeneration can't be so fast that it replaces 110HP

If i'm not mistaking you must first make a larva, then evolve it into a stinger and then the defiler ^_^ , thats:
-dil:15+120+355=480dil
-tri:15+100+600=715tri
But you must take into concidoration that larva is built at main base, so u need no additional shipyards for the construction of the defiler, when with the neghvar you must build imperial yard. Not considering the cost of research of course.

I think the Noxter kick ass, although i'm not very good with them because I dont use them enough. I dont need to mutate the ships 3 times in order to get some good ones, you can build the best right from the larva.

I played only once with them and only a few times against them, but for some reason the game always makes an error when they're around, so I stopped playing with them, but thats ok cause I neve liked them anyways

The game makes that same error with me. Whenever I try to play as them, my computer can't seem to supports the player as Noxter for very long. Or my graphics card sucks more that I thought.
But all this fussin over the techtree's and strength of the Noxter is why I don't really play as them. First of all, there mutations are sometimes confusing. I found myself looking for one requirement mutation for over 15 minutes, and by then the AI was massing against me, and I only had a few scouts and destroyers. Second, some of the mutation buildings get so big they almost fill my screen, and that screws my computers graphics up even worse than they already are. lol. Yes, my computer is fast, otherwise I wouldn't be playing FO on it, cuz I know that it kinda takes alot to load the advanced graphics that FO requires. I've had it exit a bunch of times, cuz it ran out of memory, but that's not the mods fault. I only got 64mb of ram.
The whole swarming issue is another reason I don't play as them. I agree with them having cheap, and fast building ships, but weak in battle. The only thing that makes them strong, in my opinion, is there quantity. I am another person that prefers quality over quantity. And plus, swarming just locks my computer up.
I know, you can say it, my computer sucks. Its speed doesn't make up for its graphics capability. It always runs faster than the graphics can load.
Luckily, it didn't lock up in a crucial battle I had against the Noxter. I'd say they had about, 30 or 40 ships, and I had like, a couple of Soverigns and Galaxys, with turret support of about 6 defense platforms, and I won without any losses.

Uh, you got lucky then. The comps make those Noxter scouts like their essential to their existance. I think their fun to use because their very versatile, you can litertally move your base to a safer location as well as their regenerating hulls and very powerful ships.
