Negative Nancy is a term that Cartman used to describe Kyle in South Park's Simpson's episode. I used it to describe those on this thread who are too pessimistic about the Cardassians in terms of FO. The sad truth is that I'm usually the one who tends to go in the direction of pessimism.

This thread is to fulfill a dream for Fleet Operations. The Cardassians, no matter how ruined they are or weak they are, have had an influential role in the history of Star Trek, and that's why we want to see them in Fleet Operations.
