I think the sabre is pretty good if used correctly. It can be used as a long range support ship or you can use it for hit and run attacks using it's long range weapons to keep firing at the enemy without being damaged your self.

As far as Desrayers go, the Dominion has the weakest (the Jem'Hadar Bug).

only after countermeasures against dominion weapons were developed. before that they were probably the strongest. depending on how you class the defiant

The Defiant is a Destroyer (or, more properly, an escort...), and it took bugs out in one hit well before countermeasures were developed... in "The Wire"(DS9) I think...

dude u cant judge bugs with consideration to what DEFIANT did to them cause thats the hero ship, nothing bad can happen to it. It even destroyed the HUGE NeghVar from the mirror universe, but does that mean it is stronger than a NeghVar? I dont think so.

In my opinion bugs are as strong as BoPs.

what BoP were they? don't forget the klingons seem to field about 4 or 5 different variations of the BoP at any one time.

3 Dominion bugs DESTROYED the USS Oddisy(I know the spelling aint right ) So I still say they are rughly the same strenght

yep, that would be cool. having the Rottaran running away from a squadran of bugships, only to have a Galaxy class sized D'tai uncloak behind it mg: (oh to have a camara on hand for that moment )
