It seems whenever I change the color of a directional light in the Map Editor it reverts back to white light now when I click Ok. Is anyone else running into this bug?

Yes!

Thank the heaven's I'm not alone  :D.

On a more serious note, this is exactly the problem I detailed here:

Star Trek Armada II: Fleet Operations - Having an issue with maps

Okay, so I'm new to the game as of a month ago, and I noticed a bug in this last patch that I had to create an account for to let y'all know about

After building a Federation turret and it gets destroyed, the red boxes are left in it's old position preventing you from building anything there.  I noticed this after four of my turrets were destroyed at the entrance of my base and I wanted to build a starbase in their place instead.  (>.<)  The starbase did not get built because of this. :(

i'll look into the directional light bug. i guess i know why this doesn't work. shouldn't be too hard to fix

edit: ok, fixed. thanks for reporting :)

I'm not sure if this is a bug or an issue with my system. I start up just fine. After about 10 minutes, I can no longer select anything with my mouse. I can scroll with the keyboard directional arrows, but can't select anything at all. Even the music/sounds are still playing as though everything is normal.

I usually don't post that I have issues because someone else has already reported the problem and a fix or correction has been announced. So far, I've seen nothing on my particular problem. If this isn't a bug and someone knows how to fix, please let me know.

Thanks

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but when I capture a borg vessel, I have no repair and recrew buttons. It'd be nice if they could get added once a borg ship changes teams. And vice versa, it'd be nice to make those buttons disappear once a non-borg vessel is assimilated.

It still seems a 3.2.3 issue, but for some weird reason it doesn't install the ODF folder. At least I can't find it, but there is an ODF.fpq file in the Data folder....

There is no odf folder in the new versions. Instead, there's a program in the directory (begins with an 'f'...can't remember the name and not on the home 'puter at the moment) that allows access to the odf's and can extract them and whatnot.

FPQEdit is the program, ODF.fpq is the archive with all odfs in.

Ah. But if you HAVE and ODF folder, it takes over the control and the game loads up according to the folder and not to ODF.fpq :)

thanks for confirming that (unleash already mentioned it) added to table.

EDIT:

i have a feeling a dev will say this might not be a bug, they have to have tunngle go to some lobby, maybe they thought people would prefer a2?

But it causes no end of annoyance for multiplayer compatible mods. Maybe if there was some way to change it it would be great.

To my knowledge this is a low priority item and has been disabled for many years now. Consider it a feature like warp or the replay system, where it is not sure if effort will be made to bring it in in some form or to enhance it to function properly in Fleet Ops :).
