Actually I like that. It is supposed to be a bombarder, so: Why not?

I recommend a quick redo of that ship it's firing rate in a hotfix before people start fading away due to that. It's just not nice to look at and hear at how it is at the moment. It's also unrealistic that such a small vessel could fire so many torps in such a short time. It must have like 40 torpedo tubes what?

Actually that ship is around the size of an Akira (which has 15 launchers itself which are simply not used in FO). Furthermore the last folks I played LIKED to use it because it did them well in fighting off distant targets engaged with their main fleets :D

I can't imagine people would "fade away" due to a non-stop firing ship.
And it's called "strategic cruiser" because of its role, not because of its firing rate.

I dont really even think its as powerful as the ship it replaces (RIP steamie come back soon!!!!) its quicker and it has stronger shields but the damage it does seems to be less pronounced.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended, but damage causing nebulae are only damaging unshielded ships.

The Teutoburg seems to have lost its continuous torpedo streams as of the hotfix. I used it thoroughly just now (all ranks except vet), and the torps never were in that kind of constant stream.

EDIT: Actually, it seems the single silver bar version is bugged. The other ranks seem to work fine.

Well the balance for this ship is fine what's it about is the annoying spam of topedos you see nothing else anymore on the map... And the soundspam due to that of course... should be changed many people dislike it some like it. Depends on the Point of view. And no the stream is still present even with the hotfix. Have 2 of those ships on the map and you see nothing else but torpedos it completely ruins the fight scene and players also lose the focus on decent combat.

Well the teutoberg torpedo line may have been a glitch at first time playing. I installed 3.2 then the hotfix and went right to playing online - that game had numerous teutoburgs and it was all solid line firing. However after exiting the game and restarting the line of torpedoes has mysteriously stopped.

Hey I didn't find so much of a bug as just something left out, the Dominion supply miner and the normal miner have they same hot key would it be possible to change one of them?

Fallout has a question, does everyone else get music in the background when they play or do they have to turn it on?

Only with multimedia pack installed do you get music.

The Relay icon on the Dode slightly overlaps one of the other Icons. Borg Microtech, I think.

btw, the Remote Beacon is not considered a bug. Any special weapon, if used at a wrong location, consumes energy without yielding you any benefit :)
I will think of a way to improve its usability further (it actually works the way it is now to save you from precisely klicking on one of your ships).

If you want to discuss this, please open up a new topic and save this thread for bug reporting
