I did get one save error, in that it added 7% to the shields after loading a save game were both upgrades were done. Some ships had shield of 107 and couldn't cancel the repair even when they weren't in the yard. Had to change the shields to under 100 to work.

Aside from that, the only thing that fits that list I know is the faulty Cho'naQ passive that I mentioned before.

I can verify the Cho'naQ and shield recharge bugs, I cannot verify the repairing/save game bugs. If somebody could upload a saved game with the offending bug in it, that would be helpful :)

EDIT: was that saved game from 3.2.2?

ok so about shield recharge, just wanna make sure what is a bug and what isnt.

is the c11 supposed to still have shield recharge, i mean its possible it was intended to be left.

if it is intended to have shield recharge, is it meant to be medium range when the old shield recharge had short range for gensups.

if its as intended, then the missing icon has to be a bug at least.

chonaq bug added to table. will wait for a little investigation to take place on saving bugs.

To my knowledge shield recharge for 3.1.5 was medium range - I believe the range was only changed for one patch. The C-11 is supposed to have shield recharge, the icon is the bug. Since all mixed-tech stuff is changing soon, it is unlikely that non-balancing bugs like this will be fixed until the redo  :sweatdrop:

ah ok, so the dominion can get access to romulan tech that even the romulans cant :P

will add the icon bug to the table. thanks for clarifying.

i dont really think there is a huge imbalance by having shield recharge there. the c11 is weak and has no cloak. the cap of 6 still applies and mixed tech is a significant investment.

all the races now have a bug listed, the dominion lasted the longest this time though.

Also, I have twice had a single ship unable to cloak despite the finished timer and lack of energy cost. Both times with a veteran K'beajQ.

Yeah, and the first time I got it in quite a while. Normally, the only effect loading has on shields is half the indicators goes red until they're beaten down once.

I don't have it, I usually overwite my saves when I start a new game to save clutter. If I get it again, I'll try to remember.

EDIT: My current save got the problem of shields over 100, though a new move order got them out of the pre-yard line. Where are the saves?

C:documents and settingsblah blah

"documents and settings" is the folder name for xp

"users" is what its called in windoze vista and 7

just type "%appdata%Star Trek Armada II Fleet OperationsSavegames" into run to go straight there

%appdata% is a short way of telling windoze to go to the current user's appdata/roaming folder

Thanks, found it.

I loaded the game after saving specifically to see if the bug would show. The 2nd fleet were all at 100 when saved so it should be most noticable on them.
