Who is the best Star Trek Villain (or bad guy)?
What's your favourite episode? How is romulan ale brewed? - Star Trek in general :-)

I'd like to know Star Trek's best villan (FO player can count if you have data to support why). I of course do not know them all, so post one that I missed if your choice.

Kahn. I think he was the best. The queen might be the most evil but she has very little power on her own.
And you forgot Mirror Hoshi

khan (not kahn) noonien singh was from STII not STIII lol
and dukat is my favourite, because he gave me the most enjoyment, maybe not the most powerful, but certainly made me think more than the others.

Definitely Dukat. Mark Alaimo gave an interview aout him once that summed it up "The greatest villains believe they are the hero."

So many choices... I would probably have to say Dukat though. As far as "evil" goes he was about the closest it came to evil on a black and white scale. Khan probably had the most personality but at heart he was just more butthurt for being abandoned and wanted revenge more then anything. The Borg Queen is a popular one but for some reason I don't exactly see her or the Borg as "evil villains." It's simply their nature to assimilate everything. I love Chang but I think he was just messed up in the head.
But yes, Dukat wanted the galaxy to burn for no other reason the for the sake of burning... That's about as villainous as it gets.

Nooooo...
Hoshi is by far the most devious. Just imagine any of the others in the mirror universe! They'd all be whimps!
No, as far as I'm concerned Hoshi the lowly Comm. Officer is a killer villain if she ever came through the looking glass.

Spiking someone's drink doesn't make you a super-villain. Most of the time, it just makes you a date-rapist.
I've gotta give Khan his props. The list should really be movie villains strictly. If Dukat was so bad, he would have at least managed to get his own movie, where he blows some stuff up. Dominion war=boring, or they would have even mentioned it in one of the last few trains that derailed at my movie theatre.

My vote as always will go to Weyoun!

I'd say, Weyoun too (as the most powerdul badguy).
Price for the most ennoying one goes for , and honor for the most enjoyable one to dukat.

Not really a bad guy per say , especially since he predominantly fought for the good guys, but I'm gonna say Garak. He's almost always way ahead of people and often manipulates the grand scheme of things to achieve a goal, no matter the cost; always to his own advantage or for that of Cardassia and it's meer coincidence that the the advantage for those things happens to be to help the good guys. I think had times been different, Garak would have been an incredibly devious and powerful bad guy (most likely the head of the Obsidian Order). As it happened, he turned out to the a pretty decent tailor with a knack for humourous dialogue.
As for the most annoying, I'd say Kai Winn. She has an irritating voice, a stupid broken face, is a consistent thorn in the good guys side (but never even a decent thorn; just an annoying whinny one). On top of that, she's not even a decent bad guy and everyone knows it. The good guys ignore her and the real bad guys use her to further their own plans.

Khan, vengeful and conquered part of a planet in the past.
Yeah, if the Bajorans didn't rebel, he'd be living like a King.
Weyoun isn't strange, he's slimy. Like an insurance salesman...
I find her more bearable when I remember what happens to her in the last episode.

I think I'd go with Bester....WOOPS! Wrong forum!
Actually, I'm surprised Sela wasn't a choice. She was brilliant, she was cunning, and she had brilliant plans that would have altered the balance of power in the galaxy had it not been for the Enterprise crew just barely stopping her. Episodes with her in it are among the best examples of writing for Star Trek, imo. And they did a great job of concealing her in the shadows for several episodes before the Klingon Civil War.
I think my vote goes to Sela.
