Having an FO fleet would be so cool!

And it was done, and it was fun.

Its a shame, i usualy go to gamespot for my game refference. But the hate STO and i think its great.

I was going to suggest to have a subboard devoted to STO somewhere in here, but seeing the low quantity of STO-related posts, and the low activity of the FleetOps fleet, even I fail to see the point of it...

There aren't enough FO players either playing STO or in our fleet for the fleet to truly be active, any players here are welcome to join, don't be afraid .  We need to run a recruitment drive and get more non-FO members as well I think 
As long as your Fleet Rank is Captain or higher you can invite other players, so I say go for it.

true, im on it a fair bit... We are recruiting, but its a slow process.

Looks really nice, Mort!  Someday you guys will have to write about what playing STO is like, for those of us who cannot afford to get sucked in.  It looks like a lot of fun.

I read Star Trek Online is in trouble. they lost about 900,000 customers and now struggling with about 100,000. Well, many people will now lean back full of satisfaction as during closed beta many said that the game was not finished and repetitive.

i dont wanna buy it cos there's no single player, i love single player, sometimes i dont have the time for multiplayer fiddling around with vpns and network connections. sometimes i just wanna play for the 20 minutes i have free. thats why i wont waste my money on sto

Sure there is single player... every mission you do (and there are a lot) you can do alone. So it feels like you play single player. You can say whether others are allowed to join your instance or not.

There's definitely plenty for you to do in an mmorpg that's single player.  There's all kinds of quests (Oh, I'm sorry.  In STO they're called "Missions" ) for you to do that you can do on your own. And if you don't want to play with anyone, just grind for money or work on an alt.  There's all kinds of ways to waste your life playing these games!

STO is good to play fora while. But since I think not everything is implemented yet, I think we should at least try it out, and if you don't like it then stop playing it and put the game on display somewhere
