Star Trek Online just came I out I think? But umm I saw a thing that said you have to pay a monthly fee to play? If so how much would that be?

I'd take a guess that it's more than 20$, the whole point of most MMORPGs being to milk the money out of you far more than any other game can.  And judging by the most recent Star Trek movie out, this may just be a game to ride off the popularity. I bet closer to 15 US bucks is more like it - just like the other mmorpgs

So... whomever is playing STO, advertise! Make a guild called FleetOps (or something not conflicting with the EVE FleetOps stuff) or other creative FO advertising ideas

It is $15 USD a month to play and I like it. Been playing it non-stop and when they do server maintenance I play FleetOps to pass the time. I'm trek obsessed.

It comes out here on the 11th, i have my copy on order.

Its 14.99/month.

And yeah im planing on starting a flops fleet. Im Snapshot_9 on the STO forums PM me if you wanna help.

I emailed cryptic a forward of my amazon purchase of STO and they sent me some link.  i am playing ONLINE and i never opened my box yet

i'm here, i'm learning the game, but wouldlove to be able to find my fellow FO players.

That's funny that they're going to charge a monthly fee. It's going to die pretty quickly.
