Yeah kirk when he was in command of enterprise at beginning just like picard, not the old one, picards ass would be goin down, just like kirks shirt=}

Concerning TOS vs. movies: It should be the Kirk from the movies and the TNG one or the TOS one and a young Picard.

The time Picard was a young captain like Kirk in TOS, he was commanding the Stargazer, not the Enterprise-D.

Well Picard istn a fighter, I thought we were talking about ship to ship combat


So hand to hand only Picard vs Kirk, Kirk would prolly win, but if they would fight when they are the same age I have my doublts.
Crew vs crew I have no doubts TNG crew would pwn the TOS crew all the way

Nausican are meen strong like klinons and a hartless race that likes to fite/kill. if you are a sucratys offiser on a ship and you have a nosacent on you ship/station you beter be alert.

Personnaly, i think Picard would win, If history has showed us anything, IF the French get just enough pissed they will start swinging.

The french wouldn't fight to save france, they will even less to save others. So no, don't think you can piss off a french enough to where he will fight.

Well Praetor I think it's a question of the French from what time period. The French were masters of land and naval battle until Napoleon went down circa 1812 or 14 or whenever waterloo was. Then the Germans kicked their asses in 1871, 1915, and 1940. After that pretty much all the real frenchmen had left or died, leaving only the whiny losers that live there today. I suppose by the 24th century they could be producing studs again, so Picard could quite possibly be just as cool as any non Frenchman can be today.

Just to clarify Waterloo, that was 1815, and Napoleon was therfore exiled to St. Theresa (I think that's the name of the island) where he died of poison at the hands of British soldiers stationed on his island prison. His remains were later sent back to France where they are today. Anyhow, Napoleon was a result of the French Revolution. That was a dark time for the French people, and he brought stability and prosperity.



As for Picard, he's definitely no sissy.
