Ok, because I like to hijack people's threads, let's turn this into a bit of a game to make it more interesting. B)

You have to create Borg Spokesman persona for the major star trek races.  Come up with a name for them and things that they would say to their own people, either from the viewscreen or if they were in the same room.  Think about how Locutus interacted with the Enterprise crew in "The Best of Both Worlds" as an example of what I'm talking about.

The Rules:

-You must state which race and come up with a name, i.e., "Slartibartfast of Borg".  The name should somewhat reflect the race of the spokesman.

-Since Dom was asking for the Klingons, Dominion, Romulans, and Feds (which I guess are all the main ones :P), you should start with them for now.

-You must come up with at least 5 things they would say to their race in an attempt to act as a go between between that race and the Borg.

-You are only allowed 1 idea post, to make it more challenging.

-If you go beyond 1 idea post, you MUST say at the beginning of your post "I'm going to be a rebel and break the rules.  B) "

Optional:
-After you come up with a spokesman for one of Dom's four races, you may come up with an additional persona for any of the minor races that you like.

I'll go first.

My Klingon spokesman is named Tar'Resh of Borg.  Things he would say are:

"Your honor is irrelevant.  Personal glory is irrelevant.  You will join a new empire."

"Your prowess in battle will now service us."

"A glorious death is useless in the new order."

"Today is a good day to become one with the Borg."

"Your courage is useless.  You will fight for the Borg."

Oh, and a Ferengi line:  "Assimilation comes at a bargain price." :D

Aside the circumstance, that an individuum does not exist in the collective, it's rather polluting the colective mind with ideas ...

Klingon would be by far the worst disturbance as they would constantly accidantly kill for honor instead of assimilating:

"You will be assimilated, for honor #%&$!?#"
SSWWSCH... SSWWSCH... SSWWSCH... WHUMP... WHUMP...WHUMP
"Critical Exception in 3 of 9, secondary adjunct of whatever. Description: Three targets for assimilation decapidaded. Prepare for resource maintainance"

And yet Locutus had a bit of a personality to him.  That's what the game is for, to try and come up with Locutus style Borg from other races. :)

Weyoun "Excelent Plan Founder"
Founder "Your opinion is irrelevant"
Weyoun "The Founder is wise"
Founder "Your plan to ally with us will fail, you will be assimilated"
Weyoun "Forgive me Founder"
Founder "Your Regret is irrelevant"

Funny, but wouldn't the Founder's physical appearance be changed as well? Like wouldn't the implants show? Weyoun and other Vorta (and the Jem'Hadar too) will know something is up. At least I'd think so.

Instal the deep throat module, resistance is fertile...."

Just thought of something weird.....assimilate some jemhadar.....then the collective will all have a craving for white.  Now imagine the whole collective wigging out because no Founders or Vorta have been assimilated yet.  So you have all these crack head drones just beating their walls in and passing out and dying from the lack of white.  There you have the end of the the Borg collective.  :woot:

More cruel than the current version. Killing the 'Queen' has the same effect, but it at least is quick (though it effects them all).

Cravings are irrevent..... (Seriously you think that the collective hasnt encountered a few pot-heads before)

White was a debilitating craving though.  Not like pot, heroine, crack, etc.  Their bodies and minds would stop functioning correctly without it.  Remember, the Borg do have their organic components, which are susceptible to diseases, etc.  That's kind of why they don't make sense....I mean, taking a dump isn't very efficient! :borg:  hehe.....I know, someone will say "they don't eat, they regenerate.".....its inevitable....
