I love them all, but my allegience falls eventually on DS9. The DS9 series was underrated in my opinion. Although it starts a bit like a soap opera in space (with every episode seeming to revolve around Odo arguing with Quark), there was an interesting drama bubbling under the surface, full of double bluffs and political intrigue. DS9 had the most fully developed bad guy in Star Trek history: Dukat, who had all sorts of different faces to his personality. On top of all that, the story eventually became a full on galactic naval battle, with very impressive graphics supporting it.
Having said that, I still love the others. Next Gen is always worth watching just to listen to the "moral" at the end of the episode: one of Picard's little gems of wisdom. He's done it to every major character on the show; he sternly informs them in his ready room that they are dismissed, then calls them back for an off the record chat. The worf ones qualify as some of the best ever. Great stuff.
The Original series is obviously at the heart of Roddenberry's vision so it ticks the boxes. Voyager is great for non-stop techno-babble and for some top-class Borg episodes. And finally Enterprise is good for... not much really! Oh yeah I remember now. Seeing sub-commander T'Pol's naked behind.

Voyager for sure I do like the
but I just liked for everything DS9 was also good but they did not have as much Startrek stuff in it like anomalies and such and they also had to much drama for ST

it was a tough one between DS9 and TNG but TNG got the vote in the end, allthough DS9 was awsome and amazing, for me it didnt quite cut it like TNG cut it.
Some of the best casting ever and like Doc Laz said the "Moral" at the end of the episodes [or most of them anyway] and the bigger picture they sometimes solve and such i.e slavery, genocide and stuff like that.
hope i made sense
Cheers

My vote goes to DS9.
I agree with Dr. Lazarus. The overall story plus the stories of the main characters was just great. Different aspects of personality from every charakter, not only black and white, made DS9 the best Trek series ever - IMHO
And the mysticism. My favorite episode still is "Far beyond the stars", where Sisko had a vision of being "Brother Benny", a second class storywriter, who actually wrote the story of DS9 ...
And the space battles, of course
I do love TNG and Voyager, too. But not as much as DS9. TOS is okay so far, but my interest (or might I say ... addiction?) in Star Trek started with TNG.
About Archers Enterprise: I do like Scott Bacula, but I never could warm up to these Enterprise.

Tied between DS9 and Voyager. DS9 was great, but it did have some flaws, and so did Voyager. TNG was great, but I abhored the first two seasons, and I'm just not in the right age to appreciate TOS.. Enterprise? Well, let's not go there..

Encounter at Farpoint was tragically bad, but then there was a quantum shift in the universe that caused Riker to grow a beard, Worf to grow a brain, and Troi to get hotter.
The rest of the Next Gen is, in my opinion, brilliant. But that's just the Doctor's opinion.

Well the Original series was inspired at best, charming at worst. Who can forget the dual-universe episode.
Kirk: "You would find me a formidable oponent"
Mirror Spock: "I'm aware of that Captain. I trust you are also aware... of the reverse."
Classic stuff

I dunno if i can knock Enterprise... Despite the first three season's, it really did pull it out in it's final year. Anyone who hasn't seen the Ent. Mirror Universe episodes is missing out hugely
I liked parts of Voyager, but it could get horribly cheesy sometimes, you know? Still, Kate Mulgrew and Robert Picardo were always spectacular.
TOS had the surprising episodes that were great, but it had terribly cheesy stuff too... So it's just a toss-up.
Deep Space Nine gets my vote... "It's a faaaaake!"
That's the ST episode i remember best; where Sisko became an accomplice to murder, and manipulated an entire Empire to join his war... Yeah, all the drama of DS9 is what i loved

Well, Voyager finally got my vote but it was a very hard decision.
When DS9 came out I fell in love!
The only reason I voted Voyager and not DS9 is, that DS9 would have been better with one season less. There were several weird episodes throughout the last two seasons which ruined DS9 for me.
I can't find the quote so I can't tell you who said this: If you need a Holodeck to tell a story, something's very wrong! (I think it was Ron D. Moore, maybe JMS.)
Unfortunately that's what Voyager did, too. But they had Seven of Nine in their last season and hadn't killed Terry Farrell.
So Voyager got my vote.
If I could have voted for two, I would have voted for DS9 too.

Seven of nine.... *garglearlgarlgle (homer simpson-esque)*
Indeed DS9 was full of drama... which made it soap-operesque. Which isn't bad ya know, just different for a star trek show, maybe...

Quark was hilarious in my opinion. Those early days of DS9 may have been a soap opera, but there's something nostalgic about them...
