Transformers going to 5?

Bay Back for Transformers 4 -- and 5? -
Movies
News at IGN
Galvatron and Unicron are the only baddies left so thats the only thing that they could do. If they are going to treat it like a two-parter then I say half of the auto bots are dead before part 2. Wheelie and Brains are for sure dead so they're out. I say just OP, Bee and the Wreckers(give the Jimmie Johnson Wrecker a voice in the fourth) would be all the bots that are left for the fifth movie to fight Unicron taking out Galvatron in the first part.
Im interested to see what they do. I wouldn't mind more at all.

According to Hasbro CEO Brian Goldner, the toy company is now in talks with Paramount to develop Transformers 4, with the hopes that an announcement can be shared in the next quarter.
The Hollywood Reporter claims that Hasbro is also talking to director Michael Bay and executive producer Steven Spielberg about returning for the sequel. From the sound of it, both men are still actively involved in getting the project up and running with Paramount.
Update: Variety is now reporting that not only is another film being planned, but the studio is considering shooting a fourth and fifth installment back-to-back.
"Nothing is set in stone, but screenwriter Ehren Kruger is said to have an idea for the next installments that the studio is high on, and has only begun engaging with writers," says the trade.
Shia LaBeouf will not be back, but those rumors about Jason Statham taking over the franchise? The action star is being considered. And according to Variety, Bay very well might be directing these films as well (and not just exec-producing), despite all his past talk about being done after three.

Well, they can always bring in miscellaneous autobots, because they are sending signals to the ones across the universe, so it takes time for them to get to earth.
SPOILER ALERT
I would love to see unicron in one of these movies too, and we all know that since megatron is really dead, the next phase would have to be galvatron. I wouldn't be surprised if they bring starscreem back too. I never liked his look in the new movies, so maybe they will change his look too.
And where was silver bolt?? He was supposed to be attached to optimus in a couple scenes, but they never showed him more than that.

i hope not... That whole series made my brain hurt. I've seen convoluted thai and russian movies where you scratch your head to try and follow the plot.
Transformers is kinda like that but with bigger plotholes. But i am not a big transformer fan... so that should count for something
And usually: more sequels = less viewers
even shrek had trouble with #4 and #5

Yeah, but this show is based off of a cartoon and toy line. Plot holes make no difference in a show about alien robots beating each other up.

Not a huge fan of the transformer movies... #2 was horrible.
But I assume we all appreciated the latest, notably with "the one where Spock goes crazy".
Was a nice touch.

The last one was terrible, but great in the sense that it had Leonard Nimoy, Ken Jeong, and JFK

the movies were great in makin a cartoon look great and for the most part stayin honest to the original ideas just modernising it a lil,am a fan of transformers and all the cartoons spawned over the years each one cme at it from a diff angle, and unicron galvatron would be a good touch coz of how far they pushed it in the third film

I seriously doubt they could use Galvatron due to him being the upgraded and reincarnated version of Megatron, who is defunct, destroyed etc.etc.etc.
I would love to see Unicron though, but would it be the same without Orson Wells providing the voice?? Probably not.

I really hope they don't keep making them, three was more than enough
I loved the 80's cartoon series, it pretty much went downhill from there though.

I'd agree. I remember Optimus as an Gorilla, and in that context, for quite some time transformers was awesome when I was younger. Not only that, but the storyline and plots were just solid. Comic relief from bumblebee was appropriate, and everything. I mean, they put shakespeare into it. The one raptor guy, who turns over to their side as his whole to be or not to be speech. It was crazy good.
But I just don't see it in the films. Haven't seen any of the newer cartoons.
But a lot of the dialogue seems undeveloped, I just don't think they have a demographic pinned down. It's like it's written for early/pre-teen audiences, with jokes that try to grab everyone, and the chick is casted to capture the late teens early twenties, and the action scenes try to get others in, while staying to the storyline to keep more devoted viewers happy, but it just goes on and on ... and in the end you get this movie that's built on very little. I dunno, I think it could be a quite a bit better.
But like I said, the joke line "the one where Spock goes crazy", I thought was a nice touch as a shout out to Trek fans. Considering the voice of Spock, and the blatant television shooting of the one tos episode in the film. So that got a chuckle, but yeah, its a movie, and it had a certain degree of entertainment for action, but overall ... ick.

Come on, did nobody else catch the "It looks like the Starship Enterprise in here! and Sentinel" saying "the needs of the many..."
As if there couldn't be a bigger shout out.
I hope they make more as they have shown that they don't necessarily get worse with time. 2 was lame, all except for Jetfire who was the only redeeming feature, but 3 was pretty darn good. almost better than the first.

lol really? I remember specifically the needs of the many... part.
Come to think of... I might remember, is that the two little guys who hijack that ship and then find themselves in that gigantic thing? where they say that line? but no, it doesn't stand out as much as the one where spock goes crazy...
In any case, I think the other is more of a shout out just because it isn't so obvious. The one where spock goes crazy is meaningless, unless you recognize his voice as being the actor's. also since in the movie, spock is going crazy. so an omen of things to come. because the shout out was pretty early in the film. I just think it was a good meld type a thing. but yeah, i see what you mean.
lol, yeah, second was terrible... absolutely zero plot. just threw some stuff together randomly.
but i dunno, id rather go see some marvel comic stuff, those are generally a better experience for theatres and such.

I liked the first movie pretty much. Even though there are some nonsense scenes(why is he climbing on that building again?).
I also like the Däniken things in part 2, but if I remember correctly there were very strange things concerning geographical correctness...
Th third part was really rubbish. I thought "holy crap, this could have been made by Dr. Goebbels, it's nothing more than an expensive propaganda production for US military"
. I admit that this was already quite obvious in the first two parts, but in 3 it became really annoying.
I hope they won't make a 4th part, 3 are already more than enough.

I thougt that in Part 1 and 2 too. Or is there an other reason to show amphibic landingcrafts attacking on the see while the fight is near Gizeh? Beside they are part of the millitary maschine and that they are looking "cool"? Ok, geographically it is good enough for amaricans like they are seen in Europe. Its Egypt and Egypt is at a lake

It was as silly as using F22 for bombing in Part 1. I'm just glad the Bundeswehr refused to work with Bay.
