We talkin about 80% of world, not just the 20 mil in Iraq. There are a ton of reasons i'm sure, some prolly not our fault, but some are.

Well lets think here, they have less to worry about security wise then with saddam. Except for bombings I guess. They have electricity now, getting money from oil, many countries have invested in Iraqi companies and so on...Saddam definately made more problems, can you say gas attack on the kurds?

Like 10,000 people died in the war on their side and all but 2,000 of them (and i'm just guessing so this is probably alot lower) were civilians. Now if the country has 20 million people, I think your estimates of each family losing someone to us is a gross exaggeration.

I see pictures on the news everyday of people sitting outside restaurants enjoying meals and watching TV and everyone seems cheerful like normal, I think you've been watching al jazeera again.
