Whoa, from costum member titles to the human race and now volcanoes? :P This should be renamed the Everything Topic. :P

By the way, when plumes came out of Mt. Saint Helens, it struck close to where I live, somewhere near Victoria.

I think there is at least one volcano in Alaska. I'm not sure, but with those big-@ss mountains, it's very likely.

I do believe you, but I was just stating a few more facts. I just read the article, and it's very interesting. It might mean ARMAGEDDON!

They're acting like it's going to happen like tomorrow. We're talking a scale of 74'000 years since the last one, what are the chances of it happening like NOW, right after the idea's thought up?

Meh, i prefer Yosemite to Jellystone anyway.

Half those damned specials on TV cant be trusted any way, they favor one side of a story, or they use sketchy facts, ect.

About the whole England / Wales and Scotland thing, I know there are some fringe political movements in Scotland that want independence from England and they have a parliament, and Wales has it's own parliament now but is mostly ceremonial ??? Any chance Wales will gain some more meaningful autonomy in the future?

doubtful, it is excatly as you said, cermonial, england has complete control over wales and a huge influance (ie 99% of what goes on) in scotland, so.

I wouldn't say that to Sean Connery. Sure, he's knighted, but he does favor Scottish independence. It's only a matter of time. England conquered Wales for some stupid royal family squabble, and Scotland was forced to join England because the House of Stuart ruled both countries. I wish the best of luck to those in Scotland and Wales in their efforts to become their own countries as they should be. It's just like the mess in Chechnya.
