"Playing to win" is something I completely agree with, I don't like gentlemanly agreements in competitive games. We played with an agreement during games in the past, not to build more than a certain number of destroyers in order to prompt diversity and it was more fun for having it. But in competitive play you MUST play to win, but the Klingon early game ability to build twice as fast is GAME BREAKING.
It is an ability which breaks the game, and should never be used. Therefore it should be against and rules in competition and agreed not to be used in regular games.
