Klingons OTT what needs to be changed

I'm outright perplexed about how, when against a competent player, you can win vs this strat. Every SINGLE stat and bit of evidence says that you can't.

They produce CHEAP units at TWICE the speed of any other race, when used in a harassing way with the cloak fully utilized I don't see how you can win against it. To my mind it is simply impossible.

my friend nothing is imposable you just need to be clever when you fight people who do it
i played a game aginst someone who did that and won via cunning and preempition, you must be ready,

however i believe that only the starbases k'tingas should have extended build times and perhaps increase the price for topmay class. its not imposable you just need to be fast and efficent

I played as the Romulans to beat him, i just rushed shrikes and passive tachy to beat him...

to be fair he should of won but made some bad play tactics... for instance he didnt expand to his moons quick enough so only had one shipyard when i had two... he didnt bug my mining yards unprotected and further from my base allowing me to continuingly grow...

with his first wave he let his ships be fooled into following mine to my starbase where i knew his ship would auto concerntrate on the starbase letting my ships survive taking his out one by one...

he did no research what so ever so never knew where i was...

though i didnt choose the best map to beat him either so i thought i was gonna loose no doubt but i didnt...

by the way its easy to beat the klingons with the federation as well, you just have to use the norway class correctly...

I was cocky, i did'nt bother to expand to other moons as i was expecting it to be over, i never micro managed either allowing your ships to draw them in, and generally played bad.

if it was a different map i'd still kick your arse as i wont able to get to resources and build up as fast as i normally would allowing you to get a bigger fleet quicker than me...

only near the end of the game to see when hsi fleets were moving so i could take his starbase out with little fuss

was not using this when i hit you, was only using k'tingas from the field yard, no brel's and no starbase, you was one of my first games in ages.

you know with all this talk and i dont see why the klingon players cant be nice and i duno not attack and save their fleet for when the other players get a fleet of their own? Seem more reasonable to me. Personally i avoid rush tactics. I prefer  fleet actions and i think rush is cheap and honor-less.
