I use Adobe Photoshop 5... though maybe it'd work similar. Just I thought contrast simply color floods the colored objects.

Contrast changes the difference between, basically, white and black.  if you go more contrast, it will make the colors more extreme like white and black, but less contrast will be more of a grey.  GIMP has color brightness in the same tool.

Ah... well, I used brightness, it darkened all the white to a nice grey. The contrast I tried flooded all the color areas when I increased it, and turned everything a neutral grey when decreased.

btw, do you have any modeling programs on hand? I am not asking you to make a ship. I am simply asking if you would be able to equip bump maps if I make any. They'd be similar to the FO ones (lighter means further out, darker means deeper in). If not then maybe Apoclaydon might. Bump maps could only improve the appearance of the Galaxy EVO.

yeah, I"m not sure.  I know what they look like, but is there something you need to do to apply them?  do you need to change the model, or just add the texture in?

The only thing I have is assimsoft.

Yeah, then likely you may not be able to add bump maps in... well, I sent Apoclaydon a pm. I'll see if he can help.

heh, if he knows just tell him to make a tutorial. ^-^  I have just been bumpmapping the texture itself. :sweatdrop:

I have decided that, for the FO release, the ship will be called the Audacious Class. :thumbsup:  There is another Audacious class out there, but it is a future ship, and possible from another dimension, so I'm good.

What kind of ship is it; Warp-In, regular or Mixed-Tech?

I have not decided actually. :blush:  It would be an experimental Destroyer, so maybe it should replace the mixed-tech monsoon?

I am not sure, since it is so small, its not really worth an experimental warpin.  Maybe it should replace a ship for risner or something.
