What is it???

sorry for the double post but what do you guys think of the hull? The two square boxes i had planned to be torp launchers. (i think thats what they orignally were) Also on the backside the raised panel is suppost to be a shuttlebay door.

Looks good to me, but I'm not a modeler, so my vote doesn't count.  What's the knob thingy between the two photon launchers?

I think its the deflector

So just an observation. I noticed that this ship does not have a deflector dish, which is not necessarily incorrect because some vessels like the Miranda and Constellation and the original Centaur used modified tractor emitters to create a navigational deflector screen. However, is this supposed to be a more modern version of this ship? If so you may want to consider adding a small deflector dish. If not then kudos on a job well done!

I dont know but its in the same place as a deflector dish is there any reason that the deflector has to show?

I would put a deflector on that indent on the underside of the saucer.  It looks like a small one could go there.

The only deflector I could imagine for that ship is the saucer-integrated variant like on the Canaveral class. All other deflector-designs would look totally silly on it.
