Vessel Project status

I doubt it. Whether it is a Station or modified ship (no real evidence supporting either), it was almost certainly one of a kind, considering the unlikely need for something designed to do what that thing was used for.

Well, if it was a station, I agree, but if it's a (huge) modification of a pre-existent hull, obviously that adds another Sona ship to the catalogue. May be little shorter and (unfortunately) without the solar sails.

From what I recall from the movie, it was quite big, but not ridiculously huge, so it's possible that they have a ship class from which they derived the Injector.

And I agree (in hindsight) that there is no supporting evidence for or against. The Baku didn't have orbital facilities to check if someone was building something above them, so it's entirely possible too that they built the injector on the top of their heads with the help of the Federation.

Still, I like more the "modified battleship hull" idea. It's mine, after all.

I'm srry, I never seen the Sona Collector. So the simple answer is no.

Though even if I were to include the collector, what role could it possibly play?

You've never seen it? It's in ST:IX along with the rest of the sona ships.

What role?

Well, I'd equal it to the Tavara, or the Dominion Dreadnought. Only one or two allowed, but they could turn the tide of a battle.

Make that one. OR if it's possible, share the slot points with the Dread, so you can have two Dreads or  one Dread and one of those.

Okay....... I am going to say one of the planned vessels for the Fed pack since some of it was let out anyway...

I am going to be having a refitted NX. But before anyone blows steam! I want to mention the values of the NX.

Offensive: 27
Defensive: 16
System: 9

- Type X-R phaser (Fires in rotations of bursts, but deals less damage per shot)
- Compressed Type II Torpedo (Deals large damage but has slow rates)
- Experimental Transwarp Drive (Allows you to travel some distance instantly, but can not be used frequently)
- Borg Technology Integrated Core (Passive: Increases shield strength and recharge rate)

Why is this true? Because once you'll see it you'll know. Plus you might like its new appearence.

Okay... a bit of an update...

Project: Federation Ship Pack

Currently Complete:
- Most of the Emmiter removals
- HP redo on one of the Heavy Chassis vessels
- Texture Tweaks on some of the vessels
- A few of the file entries (please remember, a number of vessels I did not originally plan have been added)

In-Progress:
- Odfs
- Other file entries
- Emmiter removals of other vessels

Not yet Started:
- the Science vessels
- research odfs and buttons
- the Battleship
- the Hero vessel
- some other special feature vessels

I'm open to questions on the following subjects,,,

1] Which would be a better Special feature vessel? Vulcan, Bajoran, or Maquis?

2] What whould you expect to be the hero vessel? And what would you expect it to be like (Values, strenghts and weaknesses)?

3] For one of the science vessels, which would you rather have? A cloaking vessel, or a vessel with great support capabilities? Or both?

4] I have room for one other ship... still... if you'd like to suggest one, just put up a pic of it, a link to its file, and the reason you want it.

Sorry to drop the bomb like this... but since I was unable to get a modeler for my previously wanted station, I am forced to have to go with a station that isn't as good looking but it will have to do...
