Not entirely true.
Many members here are also modders and as such have some skills, even if the OP is missing.
I took a look at the files and it appears to be Major A. Payne's model. You could 1) contact him for the textures, he is currently active over at MSFC or 2) even easier, download it from somewhere else and just copy the textures for this mod. It might be in his Borg Incursion mod, but I am not sure. Here is a link to his mods that are up on FF. :) Armada 2 Files - Developer Overview: Major A Payne
edit: I do wonder though, if this mod had the correct permissions in order. I could not find a readme/credits file in the mod, which would have made all this a lot easier.

really? seriously? you wanna start that debate? inb4 this ends up with right wing vs left wing flame war.
there's never gonna be consensus (or even compromise) about whether the us authorities were right to take down megaupload.
the right wing will always claim megaupload was a
bunch of pirates viciously raping hard working
creators of intellectual property.
and the left wing will always say that megaupload were
valiant knights fighting against the régime corrupted by
financial ties to big companies.
This is basically labour vs tories, republicans vs democrats, red vs blue whatever you wanna call it, it's a pointless debate repeating ad nauseam.

LOL I was going to argue with you until I remembered that in America, Right wing and Left wing are opposites of those in Europe.

Those imaginary reasons were only a matter of time, as it always goes with new things which are a grey area of law. When it's new and not well-known nobody gives a sh**, when it becomes popular and someone makes profit from it the officials ban it by (new) law.
I don't care. MU is not the first and not the last one to rise and shine and vanish.

It would be nice to be able to find someone that downloaded this and I could get the missing file from them. I think it is the MAPds93 and MAPds93_b files someone previously mentioned as I do not have those files either. What is MSFC? I am new and was just looking for a DS9 mod.

MSFC is a sort of safe haven for the remaining modders of the glory days of A2, many still work and upload exclusivly to the site, you should check it out.

not according to wikipedia they aren't. left wing = labour party in uk = democrats in us. right wing = tories in uk = republicans in us.
the only difference is that your republicans are more to the right than our tories and your democrats are more to the right than our labour. but the fundamental 2 party system is still there.
the right wing people have a decision to make on internet fiddling like acta/sopa. on the one hand they believe that the state shouldn't interfere with the people and hence controls are bad. on the other hand they are bankrolled/financially controlled by the companies that are making slightly less profit because of internet piracy. usually the money matters most here.

Not to get to deep into politics but SOPA is mostly backed by Democrats in the US. Only 19 of the 55 currently supporting it are Republicans and the majority of them opposing it are Republicans.

A good troll nathanj, too irresistible for me for sure
. http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr3261 Considering that the post you are responding to is a year old, and that at the time of that posting there were almost as many Republican consponsors of SOPA (15, now 9) as Democrats (16, now 14) backing it, well (out of 435)
. That's 31 original consponsors btw, and 23 now (3 lost their seats, a 4th retired). A good troll indeed.

It's a shame that when they finally chose to work together for once, that of all things was what they agreed on!

western politicians of all affiliations can agree that they like being given money by big corporations to sell legislation.
also usually nothing russells dom's jimmies, but apparently he does enjoy a bit of politics.

I keep forgetting that this forum is super slow compared to others

http://projects.propublica.org/sopa/
Also, something you should learn about politics is that just because a guy from one party sponsors a bill does not mean that most of the people supporting it will be from his party. Hello John McCain and the now failed campaign finance reform bill that gave us all those wonderful 527s that you can't get away from.
In the end it will pass though because the hollywood movie and music makers have all the money in the world.
