Yeah, I just had to edit the color to match the actual nacelle color, and the back-most glow was too far apart.

Here are the final texture edits. I edited color, a small application error, removed registries, and fixed the cargo bay doors.  See what you think before I post them op.  Are they too dark, ect?

i like the saucer, u fixed the shuttlebay door numbers too.

also the nacelles and some of the sharp edges could use work i think. the bussard collectors are poorly defined and the edges of the "neck" behind the main impulse engine look too sharp.

also i think it needs some extra impulse engines, maybe a couple small ones on the struts like the intrep, or some small ones on the rear sides of the saucer like the galaxy.

i'd also give it more pronounced aft lawnchairs like the intrepid.

2 of the Shuttlebays are in the same basic area as a Sovereigns Impulse engines, since the Century seems to be from a similar era, those could be changed into additional engines.

And wasn't the original Century more white?

"Lawnchairs" Huh?

I am actually not gonna mess with detail much.  I thought about making the saucer's bay doors into impulse engines, but I remembered that the galaxy class used only the one on the neck(the others were for saucer separation I believe)

As to the nacelles, I think they are fine, but k-merse mentioned something about them being sharp too, so he can fix it when he does his redo.

Any thoughts on the color?  Dark, light, faded, not?

Edit:  oh and yes tyler, the origional was more white, but it didn't fit with the style of fo ships so I made it darker and a little more bumped out(texture wise)

Well, I would like it to be a brighter color than what it is.  I never really liked the new Federation starship colors.

there's plenty of space to the outer sides of those shuttlebays to fit small engines. also the shuttle bays could draw emergency power directly from the fusion reactors, so this ship could get advanced shuttlebays and help support fighters who lost their bukkits avalons.

I think the color is close could you post it beside a few other fed ships for comparison.

It does have impulse engines on the plyons like the intrepid.

Also as already has been said transform the main two shuttlebays into the main impulse engines.

Also you have permission to even show pics of what you've done from DJ right?

I am just editing what kmerse did and he released in on a2files so I assume it is all good.  I know it would have never made it to a2files had he not had permission from DJ, and since it is not my model in any way there isn't really a problem for me.

I'll post some pics to show the original color and the new color against current FO ships.

In that case.  This project has been cancelled.

Yeah, take it up with k_merse not me man.  Honestly, I believe if DJ had a problem with it he would have had the mod pulled along time ago.  He is very strict about these kinds of things.  The model was converted 2 years ago, so as far as I know k_merse got had permission to convert it.

@ TCR Hold your horses man, like I said, K-merse would have never been able to convert it had this been an issue.

Well, you're not apart of the BC community so I'll fill you in.

When he first released this ship he was still ok with mods and conversions of his work which is why all centurys that you see on bcfiles and a2files are a few years old. Though that changed in early Jan. as you can see from the time of the edit posted above. I don't remember specifics but it was the usual fool who came around with the "hey I can do what I want with what I want and post it where I want" attitude and it just so happened to be with DJ and the Century itself and that was basically it. Oh yeah DJ had a (negative) vibe towards Legacy and that he wanted nothing to be ported over to that game but was fine with A1 and A2. A POTD was posted on the legacyfiles site and DJ was very upset when he found out about it and from then on nobody but him can publicly mod anything that hes done.
