navyguy, my best advice is to start with a non flops A2 mod.
The .odf's there are a LOT easier to figure out.

Okay went to my folder found the program, when i opened it up, i thought well no this wont work then i got a aleart the game was hit by a virus, anyone answer this one, then i had to reinstall the game, what the hell is going on, then i had to do download the game again?

most anti-virus tools already whitelisted FO with their up-to-date-signature-updates, so running a fast signature update might solve the issues too. More information about this issue can be found here.
